GLOBAL TASK FOCUSED ON THE CATCHING
GLOBAL TASK FOCUSED ON THE CATCHING IN OWN SPACE AND CLOSE SURROUNDINGS
Context: free space, placing a square which size will be proportional to the number of players, as a reference we can use 5 meters per player. Around 5 mts. outside the square and centered, 2 rectangles of about 5x2 mts. Where we will place a keeper per team. We can place free payers on the sides where there are no keepers, one per side.
Development: the players inside the square will play a football game with all football rules excepting the offside, the way of scoring will be collaborating with their own keeper, performing a pass from the player’s area to the keeper’s zone, so if the keeper catches the ball, they will score a point. From the point of view of the field players, depending on space available, number of players, free players, touches allowed, etc. it develops mainly the aerobic power, also interesting tactical principles such as space occupation, offensive and defensive mobility, attack-defense transition, etc.

GLOBAL TASK FOCUSED ON THE CATCHING IN OWN SPACE AND CLOSE SURROUNDINGS
Context: free space, placing a square which size will be proportional to the number of players, as a reference we can use 5 meters per player. Around 5 mts. outside the square and centered, two goals where there will be one keeper per team. We can place free payers on the sides where there are no keepers, one per side.
Development: the players inside the square will play a football game with all football rules excepting the offside, the way of scoring will be impacting with the ball in the keeper and having the ball touching the floor afterwards, meaning that the keeper couldn’t catch the shot, after that action, if the keeper can’t cath the ball, the play carries on with the chance to score in the goal. From the point of view of the field players, depending on space available, number of players, free players, touches allowed, etc. it develops mainly the aerobic power, also interesting tactical principles such as space occupation, offensive and defensive mobility, attack-defense transition, etc.
